Have fallen off the wagon for a few days now. It was too aweful than to even record what all I took in for calories. Have done zero excercising either. Went to the doctor on Friday and had already gained back 3 lbs. that I worked so hard to get rid of. Honestly think I need a good kick in the butt to get back on track!

Was invited to a Mothers' Day cookout today but think I will be staying home with my family!!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the mothers who celebrate!!!
