Today I woke up to join a group run I found on another site but I guess there was an update and they did not meet. So I just walked around the neighborhood which was nice. I then went to the gym since I did not get the burn I was expecting. I did the elliptical machine, weights, and zumba. I felt really good but famish. I had some left over sloppy joe so I finished it. I usually do not eat anything in the least but it was leftovers from a party at work. I know it is off my normal so I plan to throw it out today.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
