up a little...but my first 10k is tomorrow, so I'm feeling okay. I'll be burnin' loooots of extra calories tomorrow and my metabolism will be stoked for several hours after the run too. That makes it all worthwhile ;) Most importantly, I just looked back at all of my measurements. That really makes me super happy and makes me care even less about the number on the scale. Hooray!
