I lost 78 pounds, then gained back 8 pounds. I really want to undo that gain and lose 60 pounds. This would put me on a good spot. I would still be obese, but within 1 standard deviation from the mean, which would be so wonderful from my point of view. I believe that I can accomplish this by:
Carefully log my food, Try to keep my total calories around 1500 per day. Exercise a minimum of 4 days per weeks, 45 minutes per cay Faith in God, with daily prayer and meditation Eat no candy, cookies, pastries, cake, or obvious sugar Eat a plant based diet, with additional protein in the form of cheese, eggs, or lean meat occasionally
