okay, can you believe it??? i had the worst long weekend, ate way too much of everything i shouldn't have and no real damage :) its amazing!!! although i have been especially careful these last couple days, so i'll keep it up for the remainder of the week just to get myself back on track. My husband was trying to tell me that i don't need to be so careful b/c obviously it didn't hurt me, but the problem lies in my body starting to crave all that sugar and stuff. and for all i know i was down a little bit more than this, but b/c i hadn't weighed in for awhile, i don't know, and thats totally fine :) i'm happy with my results and i'll just keep pressing forward!
136.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

That sounds like the right attitude jessicka, you are so close to your goal now that reaching it should be fairly easy. When I have a bad day (or weekend) I try to compensate later by doing one day where I eat very little. It's easy to do and for a single day relatively harmless.

It sounds like your husband is making the judgement error that a lot of dieters make. "I did ok when I wasn't sticking to the diet totally, so I will continue to do ok" when in fact , eventually (like me) you will slowly waver back towards your old ways. Good for you continuing to eat healthy.
