Hello and Happy Monday FS!
Well, I had my annual wellness exam today. I weighed in at 143.8 fully dressed including flip flops (😉). 💃🌞 I was excited because my scale at home showed 145 (Au Naturale). I’m going to continue using my home scale but it is tempting. 😈 Even if it’s just for one day but I won’t.

Diet followed reasonably well.
