Weekends are my greatest nemesis. At home on Saturday and Sunday brought in 2kg....almost back to square one with massive disappointments, Try again....Day 9....Focus again and stop the crap!!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 December 2021:
899 kcal Fat: 22.41g | Prot: 22.27g | Carb: 177.95g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Honey, Colour Fit Mixed Berries Handful, Porridge. Lunch: Tangerine, Tesco Egg & Tomato Sandwich. Snacks/Other: Co-Op Victoria Sponge Cake, Bananas , Coffee, Apples . more...

I find that I have to keep on being good right through the weekends when trying to lose weight otherwise it is a merry go round. When maintaining I can get away with weekend blowouts. Losing weight is tough!

I did have strong discipline once, that's how I lost my initial 30kg but I have my moments of weakness, just need to get back into utter focus. Keep up the great work though ☺️
