I think this rapid weight gain is due to the fact that I am bloated right now, because I am a woman and it is about that time of the month. I always toggle about 5 pounds around this time and I completely forgot about it until this morning. I was so bummed out about the weight gain, but now I can push through it, continue working out, and doing my thing and hopefully when this time of the month is over I will go back to weighing myself and be less than before :) or back at 145 which would be good!
