After yesterday's disappointment of being up, I decided to weigh in this morning again. Particularly because I added some exercise, which was 15 minutes on the exercycle while watching tv. Whatever it was, I am DOWN this morning!Yeah! So we'll see. I think I am going to try to do the cycling at least 3 evenings a week, at least 15 minutes. I did actual push myself for a couple of minutes at level 4 on the bike, which is good, considering I generally never do more than 2 or 3. Not much, but something!
