Stability is always a good thing. A bit worried; I'm going out for birthday dinners tonight and friday so I need to make sure I watch what I eat and ask for sauces and such on the side...
156.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
