Well, you have been staying around the same weight so the calories you are taking in are about equal to what you are burning off. You need to play around and see what will work caloric wise to help you lose. Do a week of 1200 or 1300 for a a week and be completely honest. No "trying" to watch what you eat. Go 100% and stay on plan. You need to really give it your all. Focus on lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Plan a treat each day. Stay hydrated! Get in some walking or activity. Be active! You don't have a lot to lose so it may come off a pound at a time. You can do it. If you have a loss, then do it again the next week. Consistency is important in losing weight. When people stay the same like you have been doing, it is usually something we are doing or not doing (barring any medical problems). So give it a try, what do you have to lose??
