fat 40.9% started work on 8th November. first 2 weeks bought my lunch and put on 2 kilos, so I started getting my own. I also introduced a walk of 30 mins for my lunch break. trying to leave work on time and doing another 30 mins of walking. should start the gym but haven't found the energy to go after work. weekend also pretty busy so far. hoping to incorporate gym at least on weekends from this week.
