I finally made it into the 260's and I am tickled PINK.I still have quite a ways to go but am making progress and very happy about that. Have a SMASHING 4TH all.

269.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb. Still to go: 89.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

hey! i read thru your journal entries and i just wanna say keep up the awesome work! you really are doing everything in your power to lose the weight and gain a healthier lifestyle...im only on day 1 of my diet and have already cheated...kudos to me. haha. keep it up and good luck!

Isn't it a wonderful feeling when you reach a mark you haven't been in awhile? I know when I lose that 1 lb that gets me there, I get sooo excited. Keep up the good work!
