Not happy: no weight loss. I think I am going to alter my eating to try to do no more than 85% of my RDI, and decrease breads and increase fruits and vegetables. I have been getting some exercise—at least that 15 minutes a day for the challenge! We will see what happens.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
