Well, as I expected; there would be some weight gain after my trip to Orlando. I did enjoy my trip and the conference I attended was very informative but food choices were limited and opportunities to exercise were also limited. I did get one work out session and went swimming one evening. Now back to reality and will be able to work out and do my diet now that my schedule is back to MY normal. Being home helps.
225.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
