Alright, alright, alright... still falling. I was so happy to make it through the day yesterday, and very surprised at how well it turned out. Hopefully, feeling much better today, I can get even better results. I have Bi and Arms today, so I need to take in a bit more protein than yesterday. However, that does mean I get to show of the glamour muscles! I am looking to get this weigh-in sub 137 soon.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
