Don't worry, it will come off. I used to go 2 weeks without much loss then would drop a few pounds a day the next two weeks. Just stay at it! It will come off!

My comment didn't quite make sense...I didn't drop a few pounds every day. But every few days. Basically looking at a one month window I would barely lose the 1st 2 weeks but then would lose 5lbs or more the last 2 weeks.

Aly you're doing great, as Bear said, keep on keeping on and that drop is coming. Be sure to get adequate rest and not stress about the loss, have fun on your journey. We may not be where we want to be but we're not where we were. Blessings🙏🏽💗🙏🏽💗

i am into fasting now for 12 hours with health i can sometimes do this and then a walk on my treadmill never understood fat burning is lower heart rate
