BOMBED my routine. Thanks to not feeling well and convincing myself I was going to have another seizure, I skipped out on the gym every day last week. I paid no attention to what I was eating either, which was STUPID!! Especially with the birthday party and BBQ I went to over the weekend. Time to own up. I've got 41 days to lose 10 pounds. I am confident I can go above that but, baby steps, baby steps.
