Yea! 14 lbs so far. Been averaging about 1300 calories a day, though some days around 600 to 700 calories, and a couple around the 2000 calorie mark. Doing better than I thought, hope to keep it up.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
