Road trips and anxiety are,going to be my undoing.
our friend we have known the longest suffered a severe medical issue, so we stopped everything and drove to see her.
we stayed with her family and shared memories....and FOOD. oh my Goodness! every comfort food to mankind was there!
And BOY was I comfortable.
I even went,to Gym, and ran 5k on two of the days.,,
Proof again you cannot out run a bad diet.
our friend is stable, we had two long visits and remminist of the past 40 years!!!!
I am getting tired of losing the same 20 pounds 10 times! lol.
I guess I am great at weight loss, but terrible at keeping it off.
Happy Holidays, where did we stash the Christmas cookies?
227.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
