Yesterday was definitely a LAZY day. I felt weak, tired, and sick most of the day, so I laid around. I did manage to complete my workouts, though. I guess it must've been the laying around, not doing much that made me feel like today's weigh-in was going to be horrible. That, or it was the chips around 8:30 that I snacked on.

Either way, I am the same weight today. I have plyometrics tonight, but I don't know that I feel up to the task. I may have to use a rest day. I'm still feeling weak and tired.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
