Changed my diet today. After severe nausea over the weekend and again last night (NO, I'm NOT pregnant!!!), I think my body is telling me to just make smart choices.
So, here goes....record everything, watch serving sizes, fresh fruits & veggies, healthy fats, & keep moving!
293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
