well, emergency road trip. completed two, 5k runs, and 1 gym session....
but 'In and Out' called.... they found my diet card in the trash... on top of the double double meal With chocolate shake.......
guess there is an excuse every day to break training!
221.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
