This continuous weight gain is quite strange (!?) According your food logs you should not gain weight at all.

Tassos67 I need to stay more consistent in logging food. The problem is when it goes up I get depressed and give up. Then by the time I start again (11 days this time) I've gained even more. I need to figure out how to keep pushing! It's like that circle I eat because I'm depressed and I'm depressed because I eat/I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I'm also on Prednisone which I'm pretty sure isn't helping. Thanks for the support everyone.

Prednisone does that. It likes to hold on to water by a lot. Potassium will naturally bring the inflammation down. Like orange and bananas
