I was on vacation all last week, and although I started working out the week before I went on vacation I did not get much done during the actual week I was on vacation. I feel like I am starting all over again...
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
