well, today i was surprised with my result. I haven't been to the gym in over a week, but I guess watching what eat helps a lot! I have been trying to eat less calories and when I cannot go to the gym, I do some home exercises. I think that my Wii is helping me the most with the Just Dance video game. It really gets your heart pumping and you start to break a sweat. I think that watching what I eat and trying to stay active really helps me out in the long run. I was scared of weighing myself today because I have not weighed myself in over a week and I thought that I actually gained weight instead of loosing any. Overall, I am satisfied with my weight and I am starting to feel much better, especially physically.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
