So I am a sophomore in college and well, I have a dirty little secret. Last year, I seemed to have gained some weight. I kept up with the stereotype of the freshmen 15 and well I did gain around 15 lbs. So I decided to change it this year and now I have been eating a bit healthier and trying to workout compared to last year. Apparently it seems to have been working out.
