Rosie Shanahan's Journal, 03 December 2021

I have officially lost 20kg today. It has taken me 9 months to get here which is slow compared to a lot of people but it is consistent. I can see my body starting to change now and getting some of its shape back. I still can't fit into the clothes in my wardrobe but that's another goal for next time!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

20kg is great. I’ve taken 12 months to loose 13 kg. Everyone has a different journey so compare yourself to no one. Be proud, it’s amazing

Congratulations on reaching your goal. It's definately not easy but you have shown it doesn't matter how long it takes you can do it.

it took me 18 months to reach 19kg, so you're caning me 😋 But I'm loving the slow and steady approach, feels very sustainable.
