1972 kcal Fat: 154.35g | Prot: 114.94g | Carb: 42.47g.   Breakfast: pork sausage link, water, sliced cheddar cheese, coconut oil, frozen mixed pepper strips, Franks Hot sauce, egg. Lunch: Mayo with olive oil, sliced american cheese, frozen hamburger patty, onion, tomato, red cabbage, yellow mustard. Dinner: whiting, butter, french style green beans, garlic, butter. Snacks/Other: egg, flaxseed meal, butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, sour cream, truvia, reddi whip, laughing cow creamy swiss. more...
