went on wknd bender.Pizza,ice cream,biscuits,cookies and other unmentionables.I caved into my emotions and consoled them with food.I needed a release and sorry,I'm a recovering alcoholic-so food is at times my only vice.anyway I gained a whooping 5lbs and it was worth it.lol.I went back on my diet yesterday.Also, want to mention that i am implementing some other rules for myself.I need to drink more water(I've been lax the last few weeks.who knew drinking water was hard to do?).Also,I have never been a calorie counter but I am taking this up as well.I think one of my problems is that I am eating only the diet food(this wknd not included-hehe) but I eat it in excess.So,I want to start counting the calories I intake to become more aware of whats my intake-diet food or not :) And I want to try TRY MIND YOU to not eat after a certain time.I am thinking 6pm or 7pm(more realistic).My friend did this when she was training for basketball and she had great results.And as the weather gets warmer and favorable I am going to start walking.Today I am walking with my son around the neighborhood.Still trying to figure out how to measure my walking exercise.I can maybe drive it out first-measure a distance.or maybe just walk 30 minutes straight(kinda hard tho-I have a small limited neighborhood).OK!Today is a new day!!CHeers!

Yep, today is a new day! I, too, had the weekend bender! Pizza, hot wings, chocolate, wow... I did find the counting the calories makes a world of difference. All the difference for me actually. Best of luck, and have a great week!
