Thank you all. I feel phenomenal!!! Lots of good stuff to journal, probably will start later tonight. But for now, I'M HUNGRY, so you know what that means - time to find what I'm hungry for and have a bit because supper looks like it is delayed (DH will be grilling belated-Sunday chicken leg quarters). More later.

Hey there BuffyBear, yes it's good to be back. One of my journal entries in the next couple days will be on what I ate in Atlanta and how I worked it all in with Atkins. It was a test for me to see how to manage staying on Atkins in that kind of situation. It was also a test to see if I could just follow the plan in my head, without any food logging, and pay attention to hunger (and satiety) signals.
