What a beautiful day we are having her in Western Washington, I went today and did my usual end of month stuff, got my monthly bus pass and went over to my doctor's office and weighed in. So far I've lost 61.5 lbs. I'm very happy about that. Stopped by the YMCA and went swimming today. Yesterday I wanted to go walk Thor but nobody was home when I went over and I did hear him whimpering because he knew it was me and couldn't open the door. Anyway, I do hope everyone enjoyed their day :)
285.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 150.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
