The scale has not moved in 3 days :(
I spent some time reading the Atkins website, so I'm going to try a few things. . .making sure I drink my 8 glasses of water (in addition to unsweet tea or seltzer water). I'm also going to more closely follow whether or not 12-15 grams of carbs are coming from veggies as recommended.
I've had several servings of sugar-free jello since Monday, which I don't really like, but it satisfies my sweets craving; aspartame can slow or stop weight loss, so I may cut that out for a while and see what happens...stick to the atkins bars, which of course are more expensive
