I am going back to an Atkins-like diet and trying to restrict my calories to 1200. Things haven't been working as I had hoped. So gotta get serious. After 2 days, 1.5 loss. Woohoo! Go me! 7 pounds more to go!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
