Well, well, I lost only a pound this past week. But hay that's better than adding a pound or two...right? Phase 1 really showed me alot about bad carbs and I think I need relive that Phase,but every time I think about it I'm haunted by bad dreams of pasta, bread, and sugar with picket signs and they keep shouting "HELL NO WE WON'T GO!" But it's really nice to see 199 no matter how you look at it. Again thanks to all my buddies for the encouragement and friendship...you are what keeps my ship afloat.
