Hello Team mates. I'm feeling good about keeping in touch during the challenge. Today I'll do Yoga and Total Body toning from Flat Belly Workout Plan. In addition, jumping jacks for cardio.
Meals Ginger roger for breakfast(oatmeal), smoothie for lunch. Dinner will either be enchilada casserole or Three Amigoes chili. Snacks: cabbage soup, salad, fiber bar.
I'm thankful for staying on track yesterday, improving my eating and my spirit.
