I got discouraged cuz I passed on having a beer, ice cream, and some other goodies over the weekend, and I still gained 2 lbs.! What's up with that??

Is it that time of the month, too much sodium, sore muscles from exercise, medications, etc. Did you eat more than you usually do? The scale can go up and down regularly. It could be a number of things. Stay on plan, drink some water and see what happens.
