Lost 3 more lbs. It was a really good feeling. Just have to keep going. And I like getting my chocolate fix through the FiberOne bars. They quell any cravings I have.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
