I forgot to weigh in yesterday. I got all the way home, and realized I forgot. I'm mad at myself, after last week, I really need to know if I gained 18lbs from all the cake I ate. I need to get back on track.

Last week was a terrible week. I ate A LOT of cake. Stupid birthday, I can't help but eat it if it's available. And I did a pretty terrible job recording what I was eating. I do not want to weigh in tonight. Does it help to just avoid the scale? I need to get back on track, and start working out again. Only twice last week, that is not enough to get down to my goal weight.

Funeral fasting is not easy to do when you can't make it to the dinner. Does eating lunch ruin it? Should I skip dinner now, since I ate lunch? I don't know the rules for this.
