Sooo, slightly up but in all honestly I haven't been eating that well.

My new role in the bakery department is proving to be a challenge - cookies, doughnuts, cake :( waaaaah!!

I have been more organised this week and prepared lunches and snacks to avoid work snacks.
Must soldier on!!!!!!
190.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
