tough weekend and crappy Monday, where my calories were the upper end of my RDI, and it's 1.5lb back on GRRRRRRR! Hopefully, dropping my calories down again for the next few days will see this blip disappear :) I'm definitely beginning to see the optimum daily calorie level for me and I'm actually starting to refuse foods that are high in fat or that I know are high calories, without feeling the need for massive willpower. Food is becoming a fuel, not a means of comfort or a show of love, and that's a massive change for me!
