I'm so happy!! This cico and calorie cycling really works! My calories are higher since 2 weeks ago and I believe that also helps. My IF it's only 14 hours and works perfectly for me. 😁 Now let's see if this Christmas thing doesn't ruin everything 🤣🤣🤣
146.8 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
