Well, all that work paid off. Let's see how I do next week.
I gotta keep up this going to the gym thing. I think it's making a difference.

I'm quite pleased I finally made it below 200.

The week was work, but not impossible.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
