OK as you have seen in my challenge updates I broke my toe. More on that later con't reading.

On The Diet Side
I haven't been eating as much with it getting hotter, and I know I should probably be eating more now because of the heat. All I have had today is soft frozen yogurt cone, a granola bar that I just now ate and I'm getting ready to eat 3 slices of cantaloupe. We will have chicken strips, mashed potatoes and a vegetable for dinner. I am getting ready to fix that for us.

Burn Baby Burn
We went into town for about 3 1/2 hours and had ice cream and went shopping. We went to the park for about an hour. That was not an easy task walking to the park and helping Chelsea push her bike most of the way. She can't ride in the grass yet.

This Ride We Call Life
I know it is horrible to feel or act this way, but I don't know what else to do. I have given up on my marriage and I am focusing 100% on my kids and God. I know I shouldn't just turn my back on my marriage but I don't know what else to do. He treats me like a slave and the kids as a horrible burden. I got to talk to Christopher (my step-son in the Army) yesterday. He called here at the house(instead of only his dad's cell). Michael started throwing a fit standing right next to me so it echoed in the phone so I sent him outside and I locked the door so he could go and get away until he felt better well he was going around back to come in the back door so I took off running to lock it before he could get back in. In a dead run I kicked my recliner and spun it around I kicked it so hard, and broke my toe. After I caught my breath then he was feeling better and was ready to come in and talk on the phone. He had no idea what happened or why until he saw my big fat black toe. The moral of the story, don't push your children away when they are screaming and throwing a fit just beat them right then and get the pain and agony over with, or you'll deal with it for about 6 weeks.LOL! Michael has been doing better except for the fit yesterday, as long we are getting to spend more quality time together and getting his energy out.
