Frustrated that I didn't lose an ounce in 2 days! Keep going!
116.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Wifarmgirl, Try increasing your protein and lowering your carbs. My doctor said that your protein to carb ratio should be 2 to 1. Also that you should try to get in at least 60 grams of protein a day.

Since you have so little to lose, a half a pound to a pound a week is very normal. People with 50 or more pounds to lose may lose a lot more in the beginning. So just keep going.
