I have been tracking food & exercise daily until a week ago. I am eating a high fiber diet (25-30g per day) and my cholesterol has dropped from a high of 270 down to 191! My triglycerides are at 73. My good cholesterol is high & my bad cholesterol is low. A1C went from 5.4 to 5.1. I have only lost 3 lbs which is the discouraging part. I am going to focus on weight loss now by lowering by calories consumed which means I won't be able to keep eating 25-30g of fiber, but I will now aim for 20g of fiber per day.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
