I ended up going with legs and back yesterday, and just sticking to my guns. Although I was tired, I was happy I finished. Now, I only have Kenpo today, and then only two more workout weeks before my final rest week. Getting close. I even decided to spoil myself with some McDonald's oatmeal and sugar free coffee this morning.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
