I don't like using a non-digital scale, i don't trust them, but mine has said around 240 for 3 days, so I'm going to go ahead and put it in as official.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
