Was creeping along at 1 to 2 lbs. per week on Atkins since February 6th. Started using Fatsecret this week to journal my food and track net carbs, calories, etc. Weight loss since Sunday is 5lbs. And two days to go this week........ SO excited!
205.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
