This is frustrating...I've been 100% on program and still gained a lb! My stomach, waist, bust and thighs all seem to have lost 1/2-1/2 an inch though. Today I am staining the porch so skipping my walk. I have tennis at 9am and then again tonight so that will be my exercise for today. Lisa
